Board member meeting minutes can be obtained by contacting the office at 812-536-9272. Members of Lake Helmerich will be invited to establish an account on the "For Members Only" page by providing their email address. This allows members to access a copy of meeting minutes.
The information contained on the private “For Members Only” page is for LHV members.
It is not to be distributed to anyone outside of the membership.
Please know that minutes cannot be shared until the board approves them first.
Any member may attend board meetings.
